Timothy D. West, 52, of Maplelawn Street, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 20 years in prison and must register as a sex offender for seven counts of first-degree sexual abuse, nine counts of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor under the age of 16, first-degree sodomy, second-degree sodomy, third-degree sodomy, first-degree rape, first-degree solicitation to sexual abuse ad improper parking.

Wesley R. Banks, 30, of East 22nd Street, was found guilty by jury trial and sentenced to 10 years in prison for three counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 12.

Heather A. Hackl, 29, of Oak Grove, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years in prison for first-degree criminal abuse.

Fredrick W. Oberholtzer, 55, of East Ninth Street, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five years of supervised probation for second-degree assault.

Gilbert W. Grubbs, 58, of East 19th Street, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to one year of probation and pay $1,000 in restitution for second-degree robbery and fourth-degree assault.

Johnnie M. Cable pleaded guilty and was sentenced to one year of probation for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine (first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph W. Stepp, 64, of South Liberty Street, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years probation for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine (first offense), tampering with physical evidence and alcohol intoxication.

Dakota R. Purcell, 25, of Clarksville, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years of supervised probation and must pay $2,774 in restitution for theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000.

Dominique D. Robinson, 25, of Koffman Drive, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three years of probation for first-degree robbery, trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces while armed (first offense), possession of drug paraphernalia while armed, fraudulent use of a credit card under $500 within a six month period and fourth-degree unlawful access to a computer.

Trevorian D. Alston, 21, of Evergreen Park Drive, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three years in prison for first-degree sodomy, trafficking in marijuana more than eight ounces but less than five pounds (first offense), tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jamal A. Perry, 33, Miami, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years in prison for first-degree arson, three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, no operator’s license, possession of an open alcoholic beverage and container in a motor vehicle.

Joseph Trice II, of East 18th Street, pleaded guilty and was sentenced 11 years in prison for four counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, cocaine (first offense), first-degree bail jumping and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Brittanie M. Bogard, 32, of Fairview Drive, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years of supervised probation for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine (first offense).
