Phillip W. Williams Jr., 34, Ledbetter, was indicted for tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine (first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000.

Robert Balboa, 26, Elkton, was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Bail was set at $10,000 in full cash.

Zachery A. Sajdyk, 31, of West Seventh Street, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine (first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 with ankle monitor.

Shycorian D. Bailey, 27, of East 18th Street, was indicted for operating a motor vehicle on a DUI suspended license with aggravator (second offense), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances with aggravator (fourth offense), possession of a cancelled or fictitious operator’s license and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000 in full cash.

Jonathan D. McGuire, 34, Ledbetter, was indicted for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence (third offense or greater). Bail was set at $2,000.

Tanisha Dhaliwal, 37, of North Main Street, was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine (first offense), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, Lortab (first offense), knowingly receiving stolen property under $10,000, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bail was set $10,000.

Dashawn Baker, 20, Fort Campbell, was indicted for two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing or evading police, two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure to maintain required insurance (first offense), two counts of disregarding a traffic control device and reckless driving. Bail was set at $5,000.

Kenyetti S. Harrison, 20, Fort Campbell, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000.

Karen M. E. Brafmen, 31, Cerulean, was indicted for first-degree arson (hate crime), six counts of attempted murder (hate crime), second-degree arson (hate crime) and retaliating against a participant in the legal process. Bail was set at $100,000 in full cash.

The grand jury issued two no true bills, declining to indict Jacorian C. Murray, 20, of Wildwood Drive, for second-degree burglary and Michael A. Graddy, 18, of North Sunset Circle, for first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, illegal sex act, victim under 16 years of age and second-degree sexual abuse, due to insufficient evidence.
