An East 21st Street man was indicted in a Christian County court this week for allegations that he had sex with a 15-year-old.

Bobby L. Boyd, 25, is charged with two counts of third-degree rape and third-degree sodomy. In January 2011, Boyd allegedly had oral sex and intercourse with a teenage girl. He was 23 at the time.

The following people were also indicted by a Christian County grand jury:

Rogelio C. Juarez, 50, of West Seventh Street, is charged with five counts of first-degree sexual abuse (victim less than 12 years old), three counts of first-degree sexual abuse (victim older than 12 years old) and sexual misconduct.

Brandon M. Howard, 30, of East 19th Street, is charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense, tampering with physical evidence, theft by unlawful taking or disposition (more than $500), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and harassment.

Richard N. DeBow II, 46, of Deerwood Drive, is charged with two counts of second-degree burglary.

Joshua Wallace, 20, Cherrylee C. Davis, 19, and Albert E. Wilkie, 19, all from Dover, Tenn., are charged with one count of first-degree burglary.

James R. Boyd, 45, of East 19th Street, is charged with tampering with physical evidence and resisting arrest.

April R. Brown, 26, of Trilogy Lane, is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), obstructing government operations, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Patrick L. Gibbs, 47, of Pembroke, is charged with first-degree unlawful access to a computer.

Brian D. Putney, 33, of Woodbine Street, is charged with first-degree unlawful access to a computer.

Misty D. Zinnecker, 31, of South McPherson Street, is charged with theft or receipt of a stolen debit or credit card and first-degree unlawful access to a computer. She allegedly used a stolen debit card in June to make multiple purchases at various stores.

Selena Wells, 38, of Phelps Avenue, is charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by unlawful taking (more than $500) and theft by deception (more than $500).

Linda A. McKenzie, 55, of Phelps Avenue, is charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by unlawful taking (more than $500) and theft by deception (more than $500).

Denise G. Killebrew, 37, of Shiloh Church Road, is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
