Duanne L. Justice, 56, Crofton, died at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at his home of natural causes.

A memorial will be at a later date.

The body is being cremated with Lamb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

A native of Astoria, Ore., he was born April 17, 1956, the son of Audrey C. Emmitt Pendergrast, Hopkinsville, and the late Edison Justice.

He had been a restaurant owner.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Cassandra Toby; three daughters, Rebecca Justice Lancaster, Pembroke, and Hunter Paige Justice and Amanda Hamilton, both of Cottondale, Fla.; two brothers, Stephen A. Justice, Alabama, and Emmitt Justice, Florida; five sisters, Catherine Ann Arnold, Wilma Jean Whisenant, Sonja Denise Justice, Judy Maria Chowdany and Jodi Lynn Selbe, all of Florida; and five grandchildren.

So sorry for your lost. I pray that you have complete peace of mind that he is not suffering & no more pain for you to watch him suffer in. Hold on to your memories, sometimes thats all that can get you through. Call me if you need anything.
