Justin James, 33, Princeton, died at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at his home.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Morgan’s Funeral Home, Princeton, with Rick Burton and David Gossum officiating.

Burial will be in Berkley Cemetery, Carlisle County, with military honors.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

A native of Paducah, he was born Oct. 31, 1979, the son of Rocky and Beverly James, Arlington.

He was a police officer for six years for the Princeton Police Department. He was a U.S. Marine veteran and a member of Second Baptist Church, Clinton.

In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Heather Dupass James; his son, Cameron Lee Warfield, Princeton; his daughter, Sophia Jaqlyn Arlene James, Princeton; his maternal grandparents, Carl and Hilda Cannon, Arlington; and his sister, Mrs. Seth (Linsey) McPherson, Arlington.
