Christian County sheriff’s officials arrested an Elkton woman Wednesday in Hopkinsville on 10 charges related to drug possession, trafficking and manufacturing.

Betty Joe Harper, 38, had methamphetamines, marijuana, opiates and two gallons of ammonia when police arrested her in the West Seventh Street Dollar General parking lot around 6 p.m., according to a report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Department.

She also had batteries, a food chopper, digital scales and sandwich bags, which people sometimes use to make methamphetamine, according to the report.
