Hopkinsville police were not able to find two male juveniles who broke apart several concrete tables, chairs and benches outside the Westwood Senior Homes apartment complex on West Seventh Street.

Authorities searched for the suspects after a resident reported seeing the juveniles damaging the outdoor furniture, according to the police report.

Shortly before 4 p.m. Saturday, they were seen riding away on bicycles toward Boxwood Drive.

A pair of benches and two circular tables, each with four chairs, were vandalized, causing about $1,000 in damages, according to the police report.

The juveniles appeared to be between 10 and 13 years old, the witness told police.
