There’s no place like HOME, especially during this time of uncertainty. Although this year has been extraordinarily anything but ordinary we are coming up on the end of another chapter.
For many of the students in our community this chapter has been more difficult than others. However, what we know for sure is that our students at Trigg County Schools are more resilient than most. The support of many in our community to help make milestones happen even through a pandemic is heartwarming and shows that there’s no place better to call home.
The Trigg County Intermediate School year is coming to an end, and we are so excited for summer break! Our teachers, staff, students and construction crews have been working so hard this year and we just can’t wait to see what the end result will be. We are so proud of our students and their perseverance throughout all of the construction and distractions they have endured while we were at school in the classrooms.
We are most proud of how our students, teachers and staff have endured and persevered throughout the coronavirus pandemic. We know this has not been an easy task to continue educating and learning in such uncharted times. We thank our parents for your help in working with us. Together we will make it through. Take a look at these photos of everyone working together to get things done.
To our family resource ladies, maintenance, custodial, cafeteria, transportation, administration, and all of our front line community members who have worked hard to keep our students, families, and community going THANK YOU! You are true heroes in our eyes. Thank you for stepping up and stepping out for our community. There really is “no place like home.”
