Keyona M. Bingham, 30, Jefferson Street, was indicted on two counts of manslaughter in the second degree for wanton cause of death on or about April 7 of this year of two individuals. These are Class C felonies.

Dustin S. Underwood, 36, South Road, attempted murder, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and persistent felony offender in the second degree. These incidents occurred on or about May 19 in Trigg County.

Christopher Paul Brandon, 33, Virginia Circle, three counts of wanton endangerment in the second degree for wantonly engaging in conduct which created a substantial danger of physical injury to another person.

James P. “JP” Elkins, 20, Legion Drive, sexual abuse in the first degree for subjecting another person to sexual contact who is incapable of consent because she is younger than 12 years old.

Reese Allen Gilbert, 25, Greenwood Drive, speeding, receiving stolen property, i.e., a firearm and for having no or an expired Kentucky registration receipt and no or expired registration plates. The charges include four counts on or about May 19 of operating a motor vehicle upon a highway at a greater speed than posted, of receiving, retaining or disposing of movable property of another knowing it had been stolen, of failing to maintain a current registration receipt and of failing to display the registration plate conspicuously upon the rear of a motor vehicle.

Darrell D. Gordon, 46, LaFayette Street, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia on two counts of knowingly and unlawfully possessing a controlled substance (methamphetamine) classified in Schedule II as a non-narcotic drug and for knowingly or unlawfully using or possessing with intent to use drug paraphernalia. These incidents occurred on Feb. 27 in Trigg County.

Darrell D. Gordon, 46, LaFayette Street, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and for possession of drug paraphernalia on two counts of knowingly and unlawfully possessing a controlled substance (methamphetamine) classified in Schedule II as a non-narcotic drug and for knowingly and unlawfully possessing a handgun when he had been convicted of a felony and not been granted a full pardon by the governor or president or relief pursuant to the Federal Gun Control Act of 1968 as amended. A third count notes that Gordon knowingly and unlawfully used or possessed with intent to use drug paraphernalia. These incidents took place on March 26 in Trigg County.

Christopher S. Herndon, 27, Cerulean Road, burglary in the first degree, three counts of assault in the third degree; assault on a service animal in the second degree, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and persistent felony offender in the first degree. This incident occurred on or between March 19-20 in Trigg County.

Lori A. Taylor, 38, Ekron, theft by deception under $10,000. The grand jury charges state that on or about Sept. 5, Taylor obtained the property of another by deception with intent to deprive the person thereof. Value of the property was between $500 and $10,000.

Haley Dawn Hooks, 28, Princeton Road, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia, having on or about April 2 in Trigg County, knowingly and unlawfully possessed a controlled substance (methamphetamine) classified in Schedule II as a non-narcotic drug and knowingly and unlawfully using or possessing with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

James A. Pitts, 20, Bon Aqua, Tenn., fleeing or evading police in the first degree, receiving stolen property under $10,000 and wanton endangerment in the first degree, including two counts of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and speeding. The incidents occurred on or about Aug. 4, 2019.

Stephanie Renee McCloud, 37, LaFayette Street, tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
