Katherine Ann Knight DeLoach, 69

Katherine Ann Knight DeLoach, 69, of Cadiz, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at her home.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Goodwin Funeral Home Inc., 138 Main St., in Cadiz.

Burial followed at Powell Cemetery in Lafayette, Kentucky.

Born Feb. 7, 1951 in Slaughters, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late James Conrey and Mary Magdeline (Thompson) Knight.

She married William “Billy” DeLoach on July 14, 1967. Katherine Ann was a full-time Mama, homemaker, and a loving MawMaw to her grandkids. She enjoyed spending her free time sewing and making arts and crafts for her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, William R. DeLoach, Jr.; two brothers, James Allen Knight and Bobby Wayne Knight; and three sisters, Parlee Cobb, Shirley Knight, and Dollie Holder.

She is survived by her husband, William R. “Billy” DeLoach of Cadiz; a son, Charles R. (Shaun Michelle) DeLoach, Cadiz; three daughters, Joyce D. (Regi) Bell, Cadiz, Connie D. (Tim) Nelson, Cadiz, and Leslie Marie (Eric) Pryor, Madisonville; nine grandchildren, Chelsea April Tatum, Cameron Tatum, Dalton Bell, Jesse (Kendra) Nelson, Jasmine Nelson, Trinity DeLoach, Lorne DeLoach, Carrie Pryor, and Aaron Pryor; five great-grandchildren, Devyn Nelson, Huntley Nelson, Daisy Nelson, Charles Smith, and Dallas Robinson; one brother, Jim Jackson Knight, Dallas, Texas; and one sister, Nancy Knight (James) Pitts, Hutchinson, Kansas.
