Charlene Bowker, 82

Charlene Bowker, 82, of Cadiz died May 4, 2020 at her home.

Private memorial services will be held at King’s Funeral Home with Randall Evans officiating. King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Charlene was born in Nashville, on Nov. 25, 1937 to the late Charles Louis Hutcherson and Arnetta Taylor Hutcherson.

Charlene was a homemaker and was part owner of the Cadiz Florist. She was a member of the Cadiz Church of Christ where she was a Sunday School teacher. She was a Girl Scout leader for over 20 years and was a member of the Homemakers Club.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Linda McNutt.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, William R. “Pete” Bowker, Cadiz; sons, Darrell Bowker, Clarksville, Tennessee; Terry Bowker, Cedar Hill, Tennessee; daughters, Leida (Charles) Tackett, Cadiz; Gale (John) Ricks, Cedar Hill; a brother, Russell (Jill) Hutcherson, Huntsville, Alabama; four grandchildren, Stacey Ricks, Sabina Allen, Eric Ricks, Loralee Smith; nine great-grandchildren, Lexi, Trent, Haily, Kingston, Sadie, Brody, Aysia, Hayden and Mayci.
