Dean Thomas Curling Dall, 91, of Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021, at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main Street in Cadiz. Memorial graveside services were held at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Curling Cemetery with the Rev. Norman Cotton officiating.
Born April 21, 1929, in Trigg County, she was the daughter of the late Leslie Thomas and Hazel Gibson Thomas. Dean retired from the Canton Rock Quarry after being employed there for 30 years. She loved traveling, working in her flower garden, and spending time with her loving canine companion, Radar, and her family, who adored her as “Granny.”
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jesse James “Byrd” Curling; a brother, Arthur Gibson Thomas; and a sister, Marie Thomas Edlin.
She is survived by her husband, George Dall of Cadiz; a daughter, Joan (Johnny) Oliver of Cadiz; a grandson, John (Cathy) Oliver of Cadiz; two great-grandchildren, John Thomas (Carla) Oliver and Rachel Perez; three great-great-grandchildren, Haisley Oliver, Lynette Perez, and R.J. Perez; and her loving canine companion, Radar.
