James H. Wallace, 85, of Trigg County, passed away Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020, at his home.

Private graveside services were held at Trigg Memory Acres on Monday, Sept. 7. Arrangements were handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St., in Cadiz.

Born July 20, 1935, in Huntsville, Alabama, he was the son of the late Elbert and Maude Wallace.

He was a retired food industry salesman and a United States Army veteran, serving as a paratrooper.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rosie Hardin Wallace.

He is survived by his son, Bobby Wallace of Trigg County; a granddaughter, Stephanie Wallace Hall; and a great-grandson, Kaleb Hall.
