Edna Gordon Tatum, 86, of Cadiz, passed away Friday, June 19, 2020, at Shady Lawn Nursing and Rehabilitation in Cadiz.

No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St., in Cadiz.

Born Nov. 13, 1933, in the Linton community of Trigg County, she was the daughter of the late Jim T. and Ida Irene (Dawson) Gordon.

Edna worked for many years in the housekeeping department of Jennie Stuart Medical Center. She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Coy Wright; a grandson, Joey Wright; three brothers, William C. Gordon, Wallace Gordon, and Paul Gordon; and a sister, Elizabeth Brown.

She is survived by her daughter, Ann Skinner of Acworth, Georgia; three grandchildren, Regina (Wayne) Thacker, Brian (Alice) Skinner, and Aimee Skinner; four great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Delmor “Buck” Gordon of Cadiz.
