Micah Pendleton, 20, of Cadiz, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St., in Cadiz, There will be no public services. Burial will be at Green Hill Memorial Gardens in Hopkinsville.
Born Feb. 29, 2000, in Hopkinsville, he was the son of Michael Pendleton of Hopkinsville, and Lacy Ann Cook Jacobs of Cadiz.
Micah was a 2018 graduate of Christian County High School and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Cadiz. He was actively employed in the construction industry. He loved playing football, riding dirt bikes and four wheelers, fishing and drawing.
In addition to his father and mother, he is survived by his step-father, Benjamin Jacobs of Cadiz; a son, Malachi Edward Pendleton and his mother, Maddy Hines, both of Christian County; two brothers, Dylan Ray Warfield and Tyler Davis Jacobs, both of Cadiz; step-grandparents, Wanda and David McGee of Cadiz; maternal grandparents, Ray and Kandie Cook of Cadiz, and Johnna Kay Maselli of Hopkinsville; paternal grandparents, James Pendleton and Donna Hodge, both of Christian County; maternal great-grandmother, Marilyn Armstrong of Cadiz; and paternal great-grandmother Dorris Kasinger.
He was preceded in death by maternal great-grandparents, Lacy and Dorothy Cook and William “Bill” Armstrong.
