DONALD LEROY KRAMER
This notice is to advise Donald Leroy Kramer that a cause of action (Case No. 21-CI-00139) has been filed in the Christian Circuit Court, Hopkinsville, Kentucky 42240, naming you as Defendant.
In the complaint, the Plaintiff, Benito Lopez-Dominguez, has requested that this court grant judgment against you requiring that you execute a Quit Claim Deed transferring to him title of real property located at 10295 Gracey-Herndon Road, Herndon, Christian County, Kentucky.
By Order of the Christian Circuit Court dated 12 August 2021, I was appointed Warning Order Attorney, pursuant to the provisions of Civil Rule 4.01, and charged with the responsibility to make a reasonable effort to inform you of the pendency and nature of the action filed against you. The purpose of this advertisement is to fulfill that obligation.
I am required to make a report to the Christian Circuit Court within 50 days after my appointment. I know of no defense to make on your behalf, and accordingly, none will be made. I am not required to represent you by reason of my appointment as Warning Order Attorney.
I encourage you to immediately engage a lawyer of your choice to enter an appearance on your behalf before 1 October 2021, and to protect your interest in this lawsuit. Your failure to do so could result in the entry of a judgment adverse to your interests. Please give this matter your prompt attention.
