2nd Local Planning Committee (LPC) Meeting and Public Forum

The Christian County Schools’ Local Planning Committee (LPC) will conduct a second PUBLIC MEETING on, January 19, 2021, at 5:30 PM CDT at the Christian County High School Media Center, 220 Glass Avenue, Hopkinsville, Kentucky 42220. A Public Forum for public comment will follow this meeting at approximately 7:30 PM CDT. This is the second of a series of meetings and public forums to develop a District Facilities Plan for Christian County Public Schools. The second orientation, provided by the Kentucky Department of Education, will be presented. The fiscal agent, the district architect, and local school officials will provide information relating to the Christian County School System to the LPC members. This meeting and future meetings will be informal gatherings to encourage local participation through community suggestions relative to future utilization of existing school facilities and construction of new school facilities. These community suggestions or recommendations will be closely monitored by the Local Planning Committee in the development of a proposed District Facility Plan for the Christian County School District.
