The following programs and events are currently running at the Oak Grove Community Center, 1705 Thompsonville Lane:

Hours

6:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday -Friday; and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sundays.

Worship

Christian House of Praise services include a bible study at 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays, morning praise at 9 a.m. Saturdays and morning worship service at 10 a.m. Sundays.

Education

G.E.D classes 9 a.m. -- noon Mondays and Wednesdays.

Fitness

Zumba 10 -- 11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays; 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays; and 10:30 a.m.-noon Saturdays. No Excuse Mom's 9-10 a.m. Mondays and Fridays. Art of Hula 5:30-7 p.m. Fridays. AAU Basketball 5-7 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Step Aerobics at noon Saturdays. Open gym basketball is 11 a.m.-4:45 p.m. weekdays. There is no basketball on Saturdays. With Tony's Fitness Muscle Strengthen Program have a fitness trainer design a specially tailored workout plan for you. For more information, ask the front desk for Tony's contact information.

Seniors

The 50 Plus Club will host the Young at Heart monthly luncheon at noon July 19, Aug. 16, Sept. 20, Oct. 18, Nov. 15 and Dec. 13.
