Why visit? Project Playground was designed by the 2007-2008 Leadership Hopkinsville Class and funded by community donations. It is an impressive playground with wooden equipment. Because it was hand crafted by children in the community, it really is a paradise for the under 12 bracket. Additionally, there are four soccer fields and a building with bathrooms and concessions. Near the playground itself is a disk golf course as well as a large pavilion.

Pros:

• large playground

• community built

• creative and fun playground for kids

Cons:

• no bathrooms near playground
