This undated booking photo provided by the Whittier, Calif., Police Department shows Andrea Dorothy Chan Reyes. Chan Reyes, suspected in a hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist in Southern California three years ago, has been returned on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020, to the U.S. to face trial after her arrest in Australia.
