Chef John Foreman grew up with barbecue in his blood, perfecting the unique style of tangy Western Kentucky barbecue started by his great great grandfather nearly a century before. He carries on the family tradition today, serving up platters of smoked pork, mutton, chicken, beef, turkey and ham at his popular Old Hickory Bar-B-Q in Owensboro.
