One of Oak Grove’s biggest festivals is just around the corner.

The 14th Annual two day festival “Spring into Summer Salutes Ft. Campbell’ ” will take place this weekend on May 28-29.

Activities will run this Saturday from noon until 9 p.m. and Sunday May 29 beginning at noon until 6 p.m.

Spring into Summer brings thousands of the community together for a weekend of fellowship with carnival food, roller coaster rides free of charge with no requirement of tickets or wristbands, vendors and live music and so much more.

On Saturday on May 28, the headliner of this year’s festival will be American country singer and songwriter Dylan Scott. He will take the stage at the Viceroy Amphitheater in Oak Grove at 7 p.m.

Before Scott takes the stage, Saturday will also feature a 6-man parachute jump performance and after the concert there will be a spectacular firework show that will close out Saturday night’s festival.

“We are super excited that Dylan Scott has agreed to try again to be our headliner for our 14thAnnual International & Regional award-winning Festival,” said Traci Cunningham, Executive Director of Oak Grove Tourism. “We are hoping for a massive turnout. We ask the community to be patient as the lines at the festival may be long. Aside from the community being patient, we ask for no pets to attend the festival as well as no alcohol.”

Aside from Scott’s performance, the two-day festival will return with many performances such as a trampoline show, big bee robot car transformation, pirate high wire performance, an area dedicated for kids, friends and family alike with pools filled with bubble solution and bubble wands known as the bubble zone ending both days with a grand firework show.

The concert, along with other activities at the Spring into Summer Festival Salutes Fort Campbell, is free and open to the public. The festival will highlight Active-Duty Military with opportunities to enter for gifts, such as gift cards up to new furniture. Come out and join The City of Oak Grove for a weekend of fun.
