Sentencings

Mary Karen Braufman, 34, Cerulean, was sentenced to life for first-degree arson; 15 years each on two counts attempted murder and 20 years each on four more counts of attempted murder and 10 years for second-degree arson to be served consecutively. All counts were classified as hate crimes.

Jennifer Grace, 28, was sentenced to supervised probation for two years for third-degree burglary; 12 months each for two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor; two years each for two counts of wanton endangerment; two years for tampering with physical evidence; 12 months for possession of a controlled substance; 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia; and two years each for two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Dedrick Lewis, 25, Wood Street, was sentenced to 45 days probation for trafficking in marijuana (first offense).

Karson L. Adkins, 42, Clarksville, was sentenced to prison for two years and one day for possession of a controlled substance heroin and methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; receiving stolen property under $500, possession of marijuana and public intoxication.

Tauna N. Watt, 48, was sentenced to probation for four years for theft of identity without consent; 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia; and 30 days for failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance. Watt must also pay $250 restitution to Carol Stucker.

Austin D. Jones, 25, Gospel Peace Road, was sentenced to three years for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Gary E. Word, 35, LaFayette Drive, was sentenced to probation for one year for shoplifting under $500.

Ashley N. Word, 38, LaFayette Drive, was sentenced to probation for one year for shoplifting under $500.

Shannon D. Little, 38, Redbud Drive, was sentenced to five years probation for trafficking in marijuana (first offense), enhancement trafficking in synthetic drugs, enhancement cultivate in marijuana plants, enhancement of drug paraphernalia to buy or possess, two counts convicted felon in possession of a handgun and convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

Jacob D. Weatherford, 19, was sentenced to five years of supervised probation for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; and trafficking in a legend drug.

Delena J. Wilson, 54, South O'Neal Avenue, was sentenced to five years probation for theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000.

Jonathon D. McGuire, 35, Ledbetter, was sentenced to five years supervised probation for fourth-degree assault, tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and attempt of theft by unlawful taking over $500. He must also pay $2,000 restitution to United Truck and Van.

Alan M. Young, 36, Wallace Avenue, was sentenced to 12 months for fleeing and evading police.

John D. Culver, 36, Nicholasville, was sentenced to five years in prison for flagrant non-support.

Indictments

Charmarcus Joyce, 19, of Wildwood Drive, was indicted for two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. Bail was set at $10,000 full cash.

Monquayvious L. Mason, 43, South Jessup Avenue, was indicted for two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. Bail was set at $10,000 full cash.

Jakwantrial Joyce, 21, Wildwood Drive, was indicted for two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. Bail was set at $10,000 full cash.

Deaerion K. Downey, 25, Hilltop Drive, was indicted for two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. Bail was set at $10,000 full cash.

Demontrai Kevon Kimbrough, 20, Jago Road, was indicted for three counts of first-degree assault. Bail was set at $500,000 full cash.

Datwain Lamont Burse, 19, Lexington, was indicted for second-degree robbery and criminal possession of a forged instrument. Bail was set at $50,000 full cash.

Ronald Shannon Livingston, 47, East 12th Street, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance of methamphetamine (first offense).

Danny Martin, 33, Oak Grove, was indicted for second-degree fleeing or evading police, possession of marijuana while armed and criminal possession of a forged instrument.
