Sentencings

Dustin T. McDaniel, 31, of East 18th Street, was sentenced to one year in jail for tampering with physical evidence, public intoxication and two counts of second-degree fleeing or evading police.

Shannon J. Davenport, 41, Hopkinsville, five years in prison for receiving stolen property under $10,000 and first-degree possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Steven D. Hodge, 33, Hopkinsville, five years of probation for receiving stolen property under $10,000, second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked license and first-degree possession of meth.

Adam W. Smith, 20, of Panlette Court, three years in prison for third-degree rape.

Tijuan M. Jackson, 21, of East Seventh Street, 20 years in prison for second-degree robbery, unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree assault, first-degree bail jumping and tampering with prisoner monitoring device.

Larry A. Penman, 46, of Evergreen Park Drive, five years of probation for three counts of third-degree escape.

Jimmy R. Good Jr., 50, of Wooldridge Road, five years of probation for second-degree burglary, second-degree assault and tampering with physical evidence.

Ronald N. Waddell Jr., 27, of Woodbine Street, five years of probation for convicted felon is possession of handgun, tampering with physical evidence, two counts of terroristic threatening, criminal possession of forged prescription (second offense or greater) and second-degree escape.

David L. Quarles, 53, of East 18th Street, five years in prison for second-degree escape.

Lolitta Warfield, 39, Guthrie, five years of probation for receiving stolen property under $10,000, theft by unlawful taking under $500, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance.

Jeffrey W. Averitt, 40, Herndon, five years of probation for two counts first-degree possession of meth, first-degree promoting contraband, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and disregarding a stop sign.

Indictments

James L. Ezell, 45, of Fort Campbell Boulevard, was indicted for second-degree burglary and first-degree fleeing or evading police. Bail was not set.

Brandon D. Smith, 26, of Calvin Drive, for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, tampering with physical evidence, four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree possession of codeine while armed (first offense) and failure to wear seat belts. Bail was set at $250,000.

Allan J. Scott, 21, Cadiz, for first-degree criminal mischief and failure to notify address change to department of transportation. Bail was set at $5,000.
