Willie L. Coleman, 40, of Gospel of Peace Road, five years of probation for assault under extreme emotional disturbance.

Christy D. Smith-Rojas, 41, of Riverview Drive, 12 years in prison for three counts of first-degree trafficking in methamphetamine and one count of second-degree persistent felony offender.

George L. Voit, 57, of Braden Street, five years of probation for first-degree possession of meth, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James S. Maruca, 60, of Boales Street, 15 years in prison for first-degree trafficking in meth (second offense or greater).

Nicole M. Cook, 30, of Koffman Drive, 12 years in prison for first-degree trafficking in meth, second-degree persistent felony offender, receiving stolen property under $10,000 and leaving the scene of an accident.

Montres D. Finch, 36, of Summit Street, five years of probation for second-degree escape.

Brandon M. Harris, 38, of Hayes Street, one year in prison for first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault, attempted second-degree assault, assault under extreme emotional disturbance and third-degree terroristic threatening.

Kevon M. Reeves, 26, of South Wooldridge Road, one year of probation for theft by deception under $500.

Cory L. Carneal, 27, of East Seventh Street, five years of probation for second-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Hailey L. Bargeron, 31, Princeton, three years in prison for two counts of theft by unlawful taking over $500.

Nichole Teaman, 26, Buchanan, Tenn., two years in prison for tampering with physical evidence and first-degree possession of meth.

Gary A. Douthitt, 39, Hopkinsville, one year in prison for tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of meth, first-degree fleeing or evading police, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (second offense), operating a motor vehicle on a suspended revoked license, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and failure to wear seat belts.

Indictments

Sutton, 34, of Dawson Springs Road, was indicted for first-degree trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in synthetic drugs, trafficking in marijuana, second-degree hindering apprehension or prosecution and second-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $10,000 in full cash.

Derrick A. Gill, 34, of South Elm Street, for first-degree possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of second-degree escape. Bail was set at $21,782 in full cash.

Lindsay K. Partridge, 35, Clarksville, for first-degree trafficking in meth, first-degree possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000 in full cash.

Mark Loy, 30, Campbellsville, for second-degree escape. Bail was set at $3,302 in full cash.

Bobby E. Kyles, 34, of College Street, for second-degree escape. Bail was set at $10,474 in full cash.

Dale R. Pollard, 57, of Amanda Drive, for failure to comply with sex offender registration. Bail was set at $5,000 in full cash.

Grady R. P’Pool, 46, of Daven Drive, for second-degree escape. Bail was set at $5,000.

Calvin H. Long, 40, Nortonville, for first-degree possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by unlawful taking under $500. Bail was not set.

Shcorey M. Weston, 41, of Summit Street, for two counts of second-degree escape. Bail was set at $8,273.

Garron S. Robinson, 34, Clarksville, for receiving stolen property (firearm) and alcohol intoxication. Bail was set at $5,000.

Jeremy V. Denson, 27, Owensboro, for second-degree escape. Bail was set at $5,000.

Bradford T. Lynch Jr., 27, of Hillcrest Drive, for two counts of first-degree strangulation and two counts of first-degree criminal abuse of a child under the age of 12. Bail was set at $10,000 in full cash.

Sheena A. Lynch, 29, of Hillcrest Drive, for two counts of first-degree strangulation and two counts of first-degree criminal abuse of a child under the age of 12. Bail was set at $10,000 in full cash.

Makayla A. Paige, 18, of Cates Street, for first-degree assault (domestic violence). Bail was set at $5,000 in full cash.

Jovon Wallace, 42, Pembroke, for three counts of second-degree escape. Bail was set at $40,329.

Shaw, 40, Hopkinsville, for first-degree trafficking in meth, trafficking in synthetic drugs, tampering with physical evidence, theft of identity without consent, trafficking in marijuana, receiving stolen property under $5,000 and first-degree persistent felony offender. William J. Schultz Jr., 19, of East 23rd Street, for first-degree possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was not set.

Sherri J. Schultz, 27, of East 23rd Street, for first-degree possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree criminal abuse of a child under the age of 12 and public intoxication. Bail was not set.
