Larry J. Mimms, 48, of Howell Street, was sentenced to five years of probation for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, receiving stolen property (firearm) and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Christy D. Smith, 41, of South Virginia Street, three years in prison for first-degree trafficking in meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nekoreale S. Thomas, 24, of Greenville Road, five years of probation for tampering with physical evidence, two counts of second-degree fleeing or evading police, possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license and rear license plate not illuminated.

Heather L. Cardwell, 33, Crofton, three years in prison for first-degree possession of meth and third-degree possession of a drug unspecified.

Adam Schneider, 34, of Country Club Lane, three years in prison for knowingly receiving stolen property under $10,000, theft by failure to make required disposition of property over $500 and first-degree criminal mischief.

Spencer J. Clark, 25, Oak Grove, three years of probation for two counts of trafficking in synthetic drugs.

Tracy L. Coleman, 43, of Hazel Street, five years of probation for first-degree trafficking in cocaine.

Derrick L. Maples, 36, of Yoakum Circle, three years of probation for first-degree possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree promoting contraband.

Indictments

Krystal A. Medina, 34, of Younglove Street, was indicted for complicity to theft of an automobile over $500 and complicity to theft by unlawful taking of contents from vehicle over $500. Bail was set at $5,000 in full cash.

Daryl S. Hall, 37, Hopkinsville, for three counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, first-degree possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. Bail was set at $8,000 in full cash.

Khalil D. Buckner, 23, of Lindsey Drive, for first-degree trafficking in meth, trafficking in synthetic drugs, two counts of first-degree possession of a drug unspecified, tampering with physical evidence and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $10,000 in full cash.

Tamiko L. McGill, 42, of Greenville Road, for second-degree assault (domestic violence). Bail was set at $10,000.

Devante D. Gates, 25, of Old Hickory Boulevard, for first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft of identity without consent and possession of a cancelled or fictitious operator’s license. Bail was set at $5,000.

Lewis A. Smith Sr., 29, of East 17th Street, for first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $15,000 in full cash.

Karl N. Bailey, 27, of Riverfront Drive, for first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $15,000.

Ahree A. Carnes, 18, of Cherry Street, for first-degree robbery and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor. Bail was set at $25,000 in full cash.

Tysean D. Johnson, 19, of Boxwood Drive, for first-degree robbery and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor. Bail was set at $25,000.

Michael E. Quarles, 35, of Stanley Street, for false statement or misrepresentation to receive benefits over $500 and theft of property that was lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake. Bail was set at $5,000.

Thoni Butts, 21, of Hazel Street, for false statement or misrepresentation to receive benefits over $500. Bail was not set.

Tiajuana S. Wallace, 21, Pembroke, for theft by unlawful taking over $500. Bail was set at $5,000.

Antonio M. Brody, 37, of Oak Tree Villa Apartments, for first-degree strangulation. Bail was set at $10,000 in full cash.

Joshua D. Williams, 38, Elkton, for first-degree possession of meth. Bail was set at $5,000 in full cash.

David D. Williams, 55, Hopkinsville, for first-degree strangulation, second-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence). Bail was set at $5,000 in full cash.

Demerriel L. Harris, 27, of Church Street, for first-degree wanton endangerment, trafficking in marijuana while armed, possession of drug paraphernalia while armed and alcohol intoxication. Bail was set at $5,000.

Jasmine D. Alexander, 38, of Greenville Road, for second-degree assault (domestic violence) and second-degree strangulation. Bail was set at $10,000.
