Michael C. Allen, 29, was sentenced to two years of probation for first-degree promoting contraband.

Preston T. Williams, 25, Owensboro, one year in prison for three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.

Cameron D. Merritt, 24, of Old Clarksville Pike, three years in prison for second-degree strangulation.

Devan M. Matlock, 30, of East 21st Street, four years in prison for flagrant non-support.

Kyla E. Gienger, 20, Bowling Green, five years of probation for first-degree possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and giving officer false identifying information.

Jeremy M. Murphy, 37, Trenton, five years in prison for first-degree trafficking in meth, first-degree trafficking in hydrocodone and possession of drug paraphernalia.

David L. Owens, 28, of Walnut Street, one year in prison for tampering with physical evidence, second-degree fleeing or evading police and possession of synthetic drugs.

Michael J. Mimms, 42, Guthrie, three years in prison for tampering with physical evidence and trafficking in marijuana.

Danny H. Wyatt, 47, of North McPherson Avenue, five years of probation for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, failure to maintain required insurance and failure to or improper signal.

David L. Colgin, 31, two years of probation for theft by unlawful taking over $500 and fourth-degree assault domestic violence.

Cooper Evans, 30, Clarksville, five years of probation for first-degree possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and convicted felon in possession of a handgun.

Kimberly A. Robinson, 32, six months of probation for third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Indictments

Mindy L. Kelly, 39, Oak Grove, was indicted for first-degree trafficking in heroin, first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, public intoxication and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license. Bail was set at $5,000.

Gabriel J. Deniger, 35, Clarksville, for first-degree possession of methamphetamine, first-degree possession of a drug unspecified and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000.

Savannah G. Pogue, 20, Clarksville, for first-degree possession of meth while armed, first-degree possession of a drug unspecified while armed, first-degree possession of heroin while armed and possession of drug paraphernalia while armed. Bail was set at $10,000 in full cash.

Natasha J. Feiersen, 30, Oak Grove, for two counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, possession for sale or transfer simulated controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000.

Tae Q. Martin, 34, Oak Grove, for two counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, possession for sale or transfer simulated controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000.

Isaiah J. Bale, 19, for knowingly receiving stolen property under $10,000 and second-degree fleeing or evading police. Bail was set at $5,000.

Charles E. Hallowell for tampering with physical evidence, first-degree fleeing or evading police, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and third-degree burglary. Bail was set at $5,000.

Montie E. Streeval, 30, of North McPherson Avenue, for second-degree robbery. Bail was set at $10,000 with ankle monitor.

John Foster, 36, of Gant Street, for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (fourth offense), operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000.

Brandon L. Watkins, 34, of South Campbell Street, for tampering with physical evidence, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $5,000.

Roy Pluskis, 73, of Hazel Street, for failure to comply with sec offender registration and third-degree criminal trespassing. Bail was set at $5,000 in full cash.

Trevarius L. Daniels, 19, of Donna Drive, for first-degree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree strangulation and sexual misconduct. Bail was set at $5,000 in full cash.

Stephanie K. Boyer, 25, Dover, Tennessee, for theft by unlawful taking of an auto over $500 and second-degree fleeing or evading police. Bail was set at $5,000.

Scotty D. Highsmith, 45, of Dawson Springs Road, for first-degree possession of meth, five counts of retaliating against a participant in a legal process, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly misconduct. Bail was set at $10,000.

Faron L. Coomer Jr., 37, for first-degree possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, theft by unlawful taking under $500 and public intoxication. Bail was set at $5,000.

David R. Knight, 42, Nortonville, for cultivating in marijuana, trafficking in marijuana, second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was not set.
