Daniel D. Dowlen, 41, of Magnolia Drive, was sentenced to one year in prison for sexual misconduct.

John H. Newberry, 47, Oak Grove, five years of probation for theft by deception over $10,000.

Heather L. Pepper, 30, Hopkinsville, five years of probation for tampering with physical evidence, theft by unlawful taking of an auto over $500, theft by unlawful taking under $500, giving officers false identifying information and public intoxication.

David L. Colgin, 31, of Buckley Drive, two years of probation for third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

Lori A. Kelly, 50, of Quisenberry Lane, five years of probation for first-degree possession of methamphetamine, first-degree fleeing or evading police, three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment of an officer, third-degree assault of an officer, first-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Damion M. Lane, 40, of Nelson Drive, five years in prison for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure toor improper signal and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Prentice T. Leavell, 57, Louisville, five years in prison for first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia while armed, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Matthew G. Carbino, 35, of South Wooldridge Road, five years of probation for first-degree possession of meth and possession of

drug paraphernalia.

James M. L. Dethrow, 34, of Phelps Avenue, three years in prison for first-degree wanton endangerment, public intoxication, possession of marijuana and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Indictments

Anthony P. Cantu, 34, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $500 of parts from a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000 in full cash.

Ronald Jackson, 85, Blythe, Georgia, for first-degree sodomy of a victim under the age of 12, first-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sodomy. Bail was set at $50,000.

Cristian Roman, 33, of South Wooldridge Road, for first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 12. Bail was set at $5,000.

Jospeh R. Mingle, 33, Pembroke, for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $2,500.

Teresa D. Marshall, 34, Elk Horn, for theft by failure to make required disposition of property over $500. Bail was not set.

Michael L. Story, 54, Murfreesboro, for first-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $5,000.

Scott A. Gray, 34, of Cansas Drive, for theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 from a building and first-degree possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $10,000.

James F. Love, 40, of South Legion Circle, for theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 from a building and theft by unlawful taking under $500 from a building. Bail was not set.

Matthew E. Hawkins, 44, of Old Madisonville Road, for theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 from a building. Bail was not set.
