A Hopkinsville man was arrested at 4 p.m. Sunday while at Trail of Tears Drive on a warrant for sexual abuse, according to a Hopkinsville Police Department report.
According to the warrant, Dedrick Willingham, 29, on May 5, allegedly came up behind a 16-year-old female who was cleaning out the back seat of her car at Jerry's Car Wash located on Fort Campbell Boulevard and put his arms around her and pressed his genitals against her.
Later the same day, Willingham reportedly got into the passenger side of a woman's vehicle while at Auto Zone on East Ninth Street and exposed his genitals to her.
Willingham was charged with first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree indecent exposure.

• Steven G. Haas, 52, Hopkinsville, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. Saturday while on Bassett Street for resisting arrest and second-degree burglary, according to an HPD report. Haas was also served a warrant out of Christian County for contempt of court.
• Arrone E. King, 37, Hopkinsville, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Saturday while at South Wooldridge Road for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and persistent felony offender, according to an HPD report.
• Travis Lacy, 28, Hopkinsville, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Friday while at West Seventh Street for violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order and cultivating in marijuana, according to an HPD report.
