A 19-year-old was arrested around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday after stealing a four-wheeler from a home on East Princeton Street in Crofton and fleeing deputies, according to a Christian County Sheriff's report.
Deputies were called to the area of Princeton Street in reference to Isaiah J. Bale being in possession of a stolen four-wheeler. When deputies arrived, the victim reportedly told them that he attempted to retrieve the vehicle from Bale, but he sped off toward a woodline.
Deputies then converged on the area of the woods. Bale left the four-wheeler in the woods and fled on foot.
Deputies lost sight of Bale but put out a description to the Hopkinsville-Christian County Emergency Communications Center for a white male wearing no shirt, no shoes and having short blond hair.
Bale was later found on College Street in Crofton and was arrested with no further incident.
Bale was charged with receiving stolen property over $500 and second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot).

Brandon L. Herring, 36, Hopkinsville, was arrested around 5:15 p.m. Wednesday while at Walmart on Clinic Drive for second-degree trespassing at Walmart, according to an HPD report. Herring was also served a warrant out of Montgomery County for fugitive from another state.Jasmen Quarles reported that around 1:15 a.m. Thursday, someone fired several shots into her home on East 18th Street while she and others were sleeping, according to an HPD report.
