Bentzel speaks to Rotary

Christian County Public Schools Superintendent Chris Bentzel spoke to the Rotary Club of Hopkinsville. Bentzel covered the district’s plan to rebrand under his leadership and be more transparent. He also spoke of the district’s plan to return to in-person instruction while following COVID-19 safety protocols. The district created the Virtual Learning Academy for those parents who do not want to send their students to in-person instruction. For the 2020-21 school year, the VLA already has around 1,950 students enrolled during the first nine weeks.
