Joe Lewis, 70, Princeton, died Thursday, June 27, 2019, at Baptist Health Paducah.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Morgan's Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Eddy Creek Church Cemetery with military honors.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

He was the son of the late Neil and Gwendolyn Ladd Lewis.

He was a Vietnam veteran, a retired coal miner for Pyro Mining Company and owner of Lew's Guiding Service at Lake Barkely. He was a member of the Elk's Lodge #1115 and the local VFW.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Carolyn Baringhaus.

Survivors include his daughter, Nichole (Scott) Laffoon, Princeton; two sons, Donnie Joe Lewis and Jonathon(Charity Beamon) Lewis, both of Princeton; one brother, Larry (Molly) Lewis, Princeton; and two grandchildren.
