Alicia Duncan

Alicia Renee’ Duncan, 54, Hopkinsville, died at 10:35 a.m. Monday at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.

Services and burial will be at private. A walk-through visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Friday at Gamble Funeral Home. Anyone attending the visitation must wear a mask.

A native of Christian County, she was born Sept. 23, 1965, the daughter of the late Willie Duncan and the late Mary Alice Butler Weaver.

She was an operator of Ebonite and a member of Edgefield Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher and a member of the usher board, culinary committee and Pastors’ Aide.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a sister, Shaun Green.

Survivors include two children, Corey Quarles Jr., of Hopkinsville, and Jaylen Quarles of Louisville; and three brothers, the Rev. Terry (Cynthia) Duncan, Auburn, and Kevin Duncan and Thomas Weaver Jr., both of Hopkinsville.
