Helen P. Black, 78, Hopkinsville, died at 7:52 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at Trigg County Hospital in Cadiz of natural causes.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Covenant of Grace Ministries, 524 W. Seventh St. with the Rev. Paul Ganther.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service time Saturday at the church.

A native of Jackson, she was born May 27, 1941, the daughter of the late Robert and Grace Wilson Potter.

She was a homemaker and had previously worked as a hairdresser. She was a member of New Covenant of Grace Ministries in Hopkinsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her daughter, Renae Moss, Hopkinsville, Crystal Lynn Head, Cadiz, Brooke (George) Hale, Pembroke; her sister, Georgia Bowling, Cincinnati, Ohio; and 10 grandchildren.
