Norma Jean Mills, 58, Hopkinsville, died at 6:16 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at First Street Baptist Church with the Rev. C.E. Timberlake officiating.

Burial will be at Cave Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the hour of the funeral Monday at the church. Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

A native of Altoona, Penn., she was born Oct. 18, 1961, the daughter of Norman Tyler, Hopkinsville, and the late Cordelia Parrish Tyler.

She retired from Jennie Stuart Medical Center where she was an licensed practical nurse. She was a member of the First Street Baptist and a past member of the choir and pastor’s aide.

Survivors include her daughter, Tia Mills, Hopkinsville; stepdaughter Leondria Henry, Indianapolis, Ind.; son Ricquese McKnight, Hopkinsville; sister Toni Tyler Thompson, Hopkinsville; and four grandchildren.
