Jimmy “Jim” Dean Mullins, 60, of Herndon, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at his home.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2022, with Rev. Ronnie Ping and Rev. Johnny Lear officiating at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home and burial to follow in Rosedale Cemetery. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2022. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.

Mr. Mullins was born June 15, 1962, Eubank, the son of the late Lucian Mullins and Jane Gibbons. Jim grew up on a dairy farm and could operate all types of equipment. He was a supervisor for Scott & Murphy. He was also in the construction business for 40 years. Jim was a member of Casky Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers; Rick Mullins, Mike Mullins, and his sister, Lisa Mullins Evans.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years Rani Mullins, of Hopkinsville; his son, Logan Hardison, of Clarksville, Tenn.; his brother-in-law, Neil (Brandy) Mason Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Casky Baptist Church, 4090 Casky Ln, Hopkinsville, KY 42240; or Max’s Hope, 105 Metcalfe Dr, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
