Mary Frances Quarles Huff, 70, Pembroke, died at 10:50 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2019, at her residence of natural causes.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Gamble Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Quarles officiating and cremation to follow.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service time Friday at the funeral home.

A native of Christian County, she was born July 25, 1948, the daughter of the late Dudley Quarles and Ida Mae Kenner.

She was a line supervisor at Elk Brand and district leader for practicing Buddhist.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sgt. 1st Class Sylvester Huff; her siblings, Rebecca Kenner, Paul Kenner, Joe Louis Burrus, Ardell Kenner, Victor Kenner and Pamela Cobb.

Survivors include her daughter, Shaka Huff, Hopkinsville; her son, Shaman Huff, Pembroke; her siblings, Kathy (Burl) Ellis, Chicago Heights, Illinois, Amos Kenner and Dorothy (John) Bell, both of Pembroke, Sonya Burrus and Shebra Kenner, both of Louisville; and two grandchildren.

Mary Huff also has a son Martino Johnson that lives in NC.
