First Lady Wanda Lue Walker, 64, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.

Services will be at noon Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Boiling Springs Baptist Church in Clarksville, Tenn., with Rev. Norris Mills officiating. Burial will be in The New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Hopkinsville. There will be a walk through visitation Wednesday 11 a.m. until time of service at the Church. Masks are required. Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her husband, Rev. Mark Walker; father, Robert Sutton; children, Anthony Rhodes, Felicia (Jerry) Green, and Monica Rhodes; siblings, Mary (Todd) Martin, Robert “Bubba” (Marcia) Sutton, Martha Sutton, Jimmy Sutton, and Belinda (Travis) Johnson; bonus children, Tajuana Britt, Mark A. Walker, Jr., Sherita (Chris) Gardner, and Marthony (Shane) McGee; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
