Albert W. Wyatt, 85, Hopkinsville, died at 10:08 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, 2019, at Bradford Heights.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home with the Rev. Darrell Crawford officiating.

Burial will follow in Flat Lick Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon until the service hour Friday at the funeral home.

A native of Howell, he was born June 2, 1934, the son of the late Albert Clifton Wyatt and Ida Lee Ezell Wyatt.

He was a retired life and health insurance agent having served as staff manager at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and National Life & Accident Insurance Company. Following retirement from insurance, he went on to work part-time at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home until he retired again on his 85th birthday. He also served nine years in the Army National Guard. He was a past president of the Hopkinsville Association of Life Underwriters. He was a member of Living Hope Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel Armstrong Wyatt; his daughter, Melanie Lynne Wyatt; brothers, John B. Wyatt and Adrian F. Wyatt; and sister, Mildred “Peggy” Clementz.

Survivors include his daughter, Kim (Don) Heine, Paducah; his stepdaughters, Connie D. (Alan W.) Beard and Cathie D. Williams, both of Hopkinsville.
