Lucy Mae Dillard Bacon, 90, Hopkinsville, died at 1:01 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2020, at her home.

A service will be at noon Friday at Little Mill Cemetery with the Rev. Perry Greenwade officiating. There will be no visitation.

A native of Trigg County, she was born May 16 1930, the daughter of the late Nathaniel Dillard and Rosie Bell Jones Dillard.

She was a member of Little River Baptist Church and was a cook at the Brookfield Manor Nursing Home.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Henry H. Bacon.

Survivors include her daughter, Rosie Reid, Hopkinsville; siblings, Carolyn Dillard, Atlanta, Charles Dillard, Mack Dillard, E.D. Dillard, Virginia McCombs, all of Hopkinsville; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
