Jane Scott, 94, of Elkton, formerly of Clinton, died at 12:57 p.m., on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2019, at Hearthstone Place in Elkton, of natural causes. 

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019, at Latham Funeral Home with Mark Claxton and Frankie Brown officiating. Burial will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Clark Cemetery in Clinton. Visitation with the family will be 9 a.m. Tuesday until time for the service at Latham Funeral Home.

She was born Sept. 21, 1924, in Humphries County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Walter D. and Susie Corbitt Woods.

She was retired from Chrysler Corporation in Michigan after 30 years of service. She was a member of Little River Baptist Church in Herndon, Kentucky, and formerly of Calvary Baptist in Elkton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnie W. Scott; her brother, Clyde Woods and her sister, Ola Waggoner.

Survivors include her sisters, Bobbye Ann McIntosh of Hopkinsville and Amanda Sweeney of Port Charlotte, Florida; several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be given to the American Red Cross, PO Box 37839, Boone, IA 50037-0839, or Gideons International, Elkton Camp, P. O. Box 4, Elkton, KY 42220.
