Jamie Lynn Allison, 40, Hopkinsville, died Monday, Sept. 9, 2019, at his home.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Johnson's Chapel United Methodist Church, 20375 Coal Creek Road, with the Rev. Mike Ladd officiating.

Interment will follow at Johnson's Chapel Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

A native of Hopkinsville, he was born March 20, 1979, the son of Jackie Lynn and Natalie Ann Wells Allison.

He was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.

In addition to his parents, survivors include two brothers, Rusty Bean, Hopkinsville, and Michael Kushner, Elkton; two sisters, Ashley Ann Grace and Beth Armstrong, both of Hopkinsville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Todd County Funeral Home to help with funeral expense.
