Hoptown offense struggles in loss to Cougars

The Hopkinsville Tigers returned to the field after a two-week break on Friday, but the offense struggled, generating just 98 total yards of offense in a 31-7 loss to Logan County.

Hoptown’s offense didn’t score a touchdown until the final five minutes of play as the Cougars scored 31 unanswered.

The Tigers fall to 2-2 on the year and 0-2 in the district. They will look to turn things around next week against Hopkins Central at 7 p.m. at the Stadium of Champions.
