The Trigg County Wildcats has found their choice for a new baseball coach and found it in what seems to be a great place.

Trigg AD Matt Wilder announced Taylor Follis would be the next Wildcat baseball coach, replacing Tyler Magan after a 13-16 season in 2021.

Follis has spent the last three seasons as an assistant coach at McCracken County, where he has helped lead a pair of state runner-up finishes in 2019 and 2021.

Prior to being a Mustang, Follis was a coach at Covington High School (TN).

To go with his duties on the baseball field, Follis will also join coach Chris Ezell’s football staff as an assistant.
