Lady Tigers roll past Muhlenberg

Hopkinsville recorded goals from five different players and recorded 23 shots on goal as the Lady Tigers rolled to an 8-0 win over Muhlenberg County.

Abby Moss, Allison Wood and Anna Hernandez each had two goals, while Grasen Givens and Morgan Woosley added one apiece in the win.

Moss and Givens each had two assists, Hernandez, along with Daniela Uribe had one as well.

Taylor Joachim recorded a pair of saves to keep the clean sheet for the Lady Tigers.

Hoptown will return to action on Thursday against Caldwell County.

Trigg, Fort Campbell play to draw

Trigg County and Fort Campbell played to a 2-2 draw on Tuesday night.

The Lady Wildcats are back in action Thursday against Calloway County in the 2A Section I Tournament. The Lady Falcons play again Thursday, hosting UHA.

Trigg falls to Webster in 2A Sectional

The Trigg County Wildcats fell 4-1 on Tuesday to Webster County in the Kentucky 2A Section I Tournament.

Trigg will return to action on Sept. 13 against St. Mary.

Fort Campbell grabs first win of season

The Fort Campbell Falcons took down Lyon County 2-1 on Tuesday, grabbing their first win of the 2021 season.

FC will return to action looking for win number two on Sept. 14 against UHA.


UHA holds off Fort Campbell

The Lady Blazers played their first game in over a week and it showed. However, they managed to defeat Fort Campbell 3-1.

UHA returns to action on Thursday, facing Todd County Central, while Fort Campbell faces Trigg County.

Calloway sweeps Trigg

Calloway County walked away with a 3-0 sweep of Trigg County on Tuesday.

The Lady Wildcats return to action Thursday against Fort Campbell.


County’s Hunt earns medalist in tri-match

Christian County’s Landon Hunt carded the low score of the day, shooting a 37 in a tri-march between County, Hopkinsville and University Heights.

Hunt won by two strokes over Hopkinsville’s Will Binkley and Joey Falco, who each finished their round with a 39.

UHA’s low scorer on the afternoon was Brady Hightower, shooting a 44.
