SAN DIEGO (AP) — Turtle Beach Corp (HEAR) on Thursday reported a third-quarter loss of $3.1 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The San Diego-based company said it had a loss of 22 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions, were 18 cents per share.

The audio technology company posted revenue of $46.7 million in the period.

Turtle Beach expects full-year earnings in the range of 65 cents to 75 cents per share, with revenue in the range of $236 million to $242 million.

Turtle Beach shares have dropped 30% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $10, a fall of 47% in the last 12 months.
