Multiple agencies searched for a man who was reported missing Thursday afternoon before he was found dead Friday morning.
The Christian County coroner was called to the scene after Samuel Loy, 55, was located at 9:30 a.m. Friday. Emergency personnel believe medical issues led to his death.
Loy was hunting in the area at around 8 a.m., according to Christian County Emergency Manager Randy Graham, adding the family reported him missing at 4:46 p.m. after he still had not returned home.
His coat was located along with a cup from Huck's Thursday night said, Graham, adding he was at Huck's around noon.
Graham said, K-9 units searched the area along with multiple agencies and a drone. The search was suspended around 11 p.m. Thursday and start back at 8 a.m. Friday.
He was found between LaFayette Road and Fort Campbell Boulevard in a field.
