Due to water over these roads, Kentucky 1507 in Trigg County is closed at the 1 mile marker, and Kentucky 1253 is closed at the Little River Bridge in Trigg County, according to reports from Keith Todd, the public information officer for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s Districts 1 and 2 in the state.

Todd encouraged people to turn around if they encounter flooded roadways.

“If you encounter a flooded roadway that isn’t marked with signs, please take note of the specific location using a landmark, crossroad, or mile marker and report it to your local 911 Call Center so they can dispatch Kentucky Transportation Cabinet personnel to place appropriate signs,” Todd said.
